- National Concert Hall Dublin Project: Pricing of FM bids; production of bid narrative; design/client liaison and general commercial support including payment mechanism calibration. (project cancelled following bid submission).
- MOD PRIME Contract, Scotland: Evaluator for the Core Services cost portion of the tender including mobilisation payments and Milestones; Helpdesk module of the tender and Cost Systems module of the tender and support to the various Business Case submissions and Top Level Budget Holder’s reports.
- 18 months working with the Ferguson Bucknall Austin on secondment to Benefits Agency in the run up to the DSS PRIME Contract.
- Technical and administrative audits on behalf of the MOD including working with MOD Criminal Investigation Department on two occasions.

- 3 years as Scottish Regional Commercial Manager for Trillium Facilities Management (now Land Securities Trillium).
- Advised on contractual arrangements for maintenance of large office building in the City of London.
- Lifecycle modelling for multi-country data centre project.
- Paymech review and contractual recalibration for large bridge/roads project
- DSM Nutritional Products, strategic review, procurement and process auditing of support services over several months.
- Strathclyde Fire and Rescue – Assisted in the preparation of the Outline Business Case including provision of costings and commercial advice.
